My name is Charlotte Wright and I am the founder of WomenFIT.

After successfully qualifying as a pre and post natal exercise specialist I have decided to translate my skills and passion by helping females stay fit and healthy throughout their pregnancy and following birth.

Exercise is a vital part of keeping healthy and happy in life and especially if you are expecting a new arrival. The benefits are life changing and I am really excited to share my knowledge and expertise with you. I am passionate about providing safe and effective training sessions and classes for women who are either pregnant, have had a baby or women who maybe still experiencing post-natal health issues further along the line. Each pregnancy, delivery and recovery is unique so I aim to facilitate your individual needs with exercise that works for you.

As a new mum myself I know how vital exercise was for me during my pregnancy and post partum recovery so I have first hand experience of how it feels to exercise during pregnancy and
