Whether you want to reduce maternal weight gain, regain your fitness or build a better core we can help you feel better about you post birth. All sessions are tailor made to your needs and goals. We will aim to focus on rebuilding strength throughout the body and through the core. We also test for diastasis recti (Abdominal separation). Our sessions are friendly and relaxed and we aim to have you feeling better in no time.
One to one sessions can take place from 6 weeks after giving birth or 8-12 weeks if you have had a C section ( This can be sooner depending how you feel and if your GP/Midwife advises that you are ok to exercise)

4 x session package -£150
