Terms and Conditions

  • These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the client and Charlotte Wright trading as WOMENFIT.

  • Payments must be received no later than 2 working days before the client starts their training sessions with Charlotte Wright.

  • Pre-paid training sessions are non-transferable to any other party.

  • All fees paid are non-refundable.

  • All packages purchased must be used within the agreed period as stated by Charlotte Wright.

  • Payments can either be made by BACS or cash, to be agreed in advance with Charlotte Wright.

  • In the event payment is not received 2 working days prior to the training session Charlotte Wright can cancel the session with immediate effect by sending email / text message notice.

  • In the event a Session Price is to be increased Charlotte Wright will notify the client 60 days before the increase commences.

  • You must give at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of a session by contacting Charlotte Wright. In the event you fail to give notice, payment for the full session will still be payable.

  • Charlotte Wright will give at least 24 hours’ notice if the personal trainer is unable to conduct the session and payment will not be taken for that session.

  • All clients will be given at least 14 days’ notice if the trainer Charlotte Wright is to take a holiday.

  • If home sessions are 10 miles or more from the M20 area an additional mileage charge will apply. This is to be agreed between both the client and Charlotte Wright.
