My name is Charlotte Wright and I am the founder of WomenFIT (Pre and Postnatal Exercise) after successfully qualifying as a pre and post natal exercise specialist in 2016 I decided to translate my skills and passion by helping females stay fit and healthy throughout their pregnancy and following birth.

Exercise is a vital part of keeping healthy and happy in life and especially if you are expecting a new arrival. I am passionate about providing safe and effective training sessions for women who are either pregnant and want to stay active or those who wish to return to exercise following birth. Each pregnancy, delivery and recovery is unique so I aim to facilitate your individual needs with exercise that works for you.

As a new mum and fitness lover myself I know how exercise can really benefit your mind as well as your body before and after birth. My specialism is pregnancy fitness and is something I feel very passionate about. I trained regularly up until my due date and I truly believe that this contributed to a positive and healthy pregnancy and birthing experience. The benefits of exercise during pregnancy can be life changing and I am really excited to share my knowledge and expertise with you.
