Aquanatal is specifically designed for prenatal women who would like to do some form of effective and safe exercise to maintain their fitness, body and wellbeing throughout pregnancy and want to work out in the comfort of the water.
We use a mixture of body weight exercises, resistance floats and light cardio to prepare your body for labour. We also focus on that all important pelvic floor and core.
Our class is friendly, fun and relaxed. You are welcome to join our class anytime from 14 weeks pregnant and we welcome all fitness levels. It’s also a great way to meet other likeminded mums to be!
We also have a members aquanatal Facebook group so you can keep in touch with other mums to be from your class and keep up to date with all the latest WomenFIT updates.
Please ensure you are cleared to exercise via your GP/Midwife before participating in any exercise during pregnancy

(our class runs for 45 minutes, leaving you around 15 minutes at the end to chat to other mums or ask any questions)
There is free car parking at the venue and spacious changing facilities. Each class is fully staffed with a lifeguard and no swimming experience is required. Please look out for our WomenFIT signage on arrival.
