Postnatal personal training

Whether you want to reduce maternal weight gain, regain your fitness or rebuild a stronger core, we can help you feel better about you post birth!

All sessions are tailor made to your needs and goals. Our sessions are friendly and relaxed and we aim to have you feeling better in no time.

One-to-one sessions can take place from 6 weeks after giving birth.

(Please note this will be 8-12 weeks if you have had a caesarean section)

  • Flexible training times and sessions are available and can be held outdoors, in our private studio or in the comfort of your own home.

In Studio Personal Training

Single session

Flexible Package
4 x sessions £175
(package to be used within 1 month from date of purchase)

8 x sessions £320 (package to be used within 2 months from date of purchase)

The flexible package has no minimum sign up period.

Pay Monthly Package

1 session per week (4 x sessions per month) £160 p/m

2 sessions per week (8 x sessions per month) £300 p/m

The pay monthly package has a 3 month minimum sign up and is to be paid via standing order.

Where there is more than 4 weeks in any one month a charge will be payable for any additional optional sessions.

Please note that prices for home based personal training sessions which are further than a 5 mile radius from Didsbury will incur an additional travel charge. To be agreed on enquiry.
