Want to exercise during pregnancy but unsure of how to safely? Our prepare for birth one 2 one training could be for you.

Each session is tailor made and pays attention to posture, core and breathing and allow you to become more in tune with your changing body as well as building that all important strength for birth. A lot of women are unsure of what they can and can’t do when it comes to exercise during pregnancy, I aim to give women the confidence to keep active by doing exercise that will support the body and prepare you for birth and beyond and also help to reduce excess maternal weight gain using a variety of light weights, resistance bands & body weight exercises. We also focus on pelvis alignment & keeping that pelvic floor nice and strong.

Whether you are new to exercise or are a regular at the gym training through pregnancy has great benefits. I also focus on nutrition throughout pregnancy covering how to eat healthy and well for the growth and development of you and your new baby and also the do and don’ts when it comes to certain foods.

 What's included:

Pre Natal Trimester Package


If weekly personal training sessions are not for you then our prenatal trimester package with a mixture of PT and home workouts may suit you better.

What's Included:

  • 1 x personal training session per month (every month for the duration of your pregnancy) We will review your movement, mobility and discuss, or review any goals you may have.

  • 3 trimester exercise programme for you to use at the gym or in your own home. (Updated every month to keep your exercise sessions varied and fun)

  • Full nutritional guidance to support a healthy pregnancy.

  • Full core and pelvic floor training

  • Unlimited email and phone support


£60 per month
