Charlotte’s classes are very relaxed and a great way to get back into doing exercises. The babies have loads of space and toys and it’s easy to keep an eye on them at all times. The gyms are also accessible for prams so you can just wheel them in. Charlotte offers support and advice throughout and changes the classes every week - my personal favourite was the boxing!
I just wanted to say thanks for all the amazing PT sessions I’ve had over the last 8 weeks. Your support has been fantastic, and I couldn’t have done it without you. I have loved the sessions and really look forward to coming to them (I never thought I’d enjoy exercise)! More than that, I have loved the changes I have seen in my fitness levels, my energy levels and the progress I’ve made towards getting my figure back to what I’m happy with. Thanks again and I can’t wait to start back in January.
I had one 2 one personal training with Charlotte after having my 2nd baby and really enjoyed our home PT sessions each week. Charlotte is very knowledgeable when it comes to postnatal exercise and recovery. I lost a stone in weight and multiple inches which boosted my self-confidence after having 2 children. I also regained strength in my body which enabled me to do my first press up. Charlotte is warm, friendly and makes you feel really relaxed whilst training which is essential for any new mum. Thank you Charlotte you’re a superstar.
Charlotte’s aqua natal class is just the best. She is fun, motivating and the workout is great for all abilities. My favourite exercise class by far whilst pregnant.
I had personal training with Charlotte throughout my pregnancy (a monthly PT session with a personalised at home workout) and it was the BEST thing I spent money on this year! Not only did the programme see me through the birth and recovery (had a c-section and no doubt that the exercise I did throughout pregnancy has really helped me recover quickly) but I really enjoyed all my PT sessions and the programme.I also went to her Aquanatal classes and they were brilliant fun. She created a great atmosphere and I’m still in touch with some of the ladies I met at these classes!
Charlotte is a lovely and warm PT who inspires confidence in your abilities to exercise safely throughout pregnancy. She is very knowledgeable and I really valued the time I had with her. All in all - absolutely a five star experience and I hope to do some postnatal fitness with Charlotte in due course.
I had one 2 one PT with Charlotte throughout my pregnancy every month this was great as it kept me active and also helped with my extreme tiredness. Charlotte is really knowledgeable about pre natal exercise. She is very caring and always made my sessions varied and fun even at 39 weeks pregnant. It was well worth the money and the best things I could have done for myself in pregnancy.
