Postnatal personal training

Whether you want to reduce maternal weight gain, regain your fitness or rebuild a stronger core, we can help you feel better about YOU post birth. Regular gym goer pre birth or if your new to exercise we tailor make each session to suit your OWN needs and goals.

Our sessions are friendly and relaxed and we aim to have you feeling better in no time.

We are all about functionality here at WOMENFIT and believe that we need to move well and in a way that reflects MODERN motherhood.

There is a strong focus on rebuilding core strength so you can set a great foundation to build a stronger and more functional body.

We are all about getting you feeling better not just physically but also emotionally and we believe that exercise can play a key part in this.

1-2-1 sessions can take place from 6 weeks after giving birth.

(Please note this will be 8-12 weeks if you have had a caesarean section)

1-2-1 Personal Training

Consultation/Fitness MOT

Not sure if personal training is for you and unsure how to return to exercise safely, try our consult session? We can advise how to safely return to exercise following birth, check your abdominal function & movement capability, alongside some gentle exercise and pelvic floor testing (NON INTERNAL). Perfect for those looking to get back into exercise post baby.

(Please note this is not to be in place of a women’s health physio and is fit-pro led)
