1-2-1 Prenatal personal training

Do you want to exercise during pregnancy and need a helping hand on how to do so safely? Our specialised prepare for birth one-to-one training could be for you!

Each session is tailor made to suit your own fitness level. Our focus during sessions is to maintain strength and fitness, maintain posture and integrated core strength and of course prepare your body for the one of the most important workout’s of your life.

A lot of women are unsure of what they can and can’t do when it comes to exercising during pregnancy. I aim to give women total confidence to keep active. We use a variety of free weights, resistance bands & body weight exercises. No equipment? no problem. I can happily advise the best cost effective kit to purchase or we can use your household objects and your bodyweight if you prefer.

Whether you are new to exercise or are a regular at the gym, training through pregnancy has great benefits such as reduced labour time and quicker postnatal recovery.

We have a strong focus on nutrition throughout pregnancy, covering how to eat healthily for the growth and development of you and your new baby. We also cover the do and don’ts when it comes to certain food groups.

We aim to prepare your body not just for labour but also motherhood and the movement that comes with the 4th trimester (The after birth)We also advise our mums on the best way to move post birth which is often forgot about. We want you to be the best version of YOU at such an important time in your life.

Sessions are friendly and relaxed and we would love to be part of your motherhood journey!

Consultation/Fitness MOT

Not sure if personal training is for you, why not our consultation session. We advise the best exercise regime that may suit you during pregnancy, assess your posture, advise on your pelvic health for pregnancy plus we do some great mobility and give you handy tips to help you have a healthy 9 months.

1 session per week (4 x sessions per month) £175 p/m

2 sessions per week (8 x sessions per month) £320 p/m

The pay monthly package has a 3 month minimum sign up and is to be paid via direct debit.

 
 

Home Personal Training

Pay Monthly Package

1 session per week (4 x sessions per month) £210 p/m

2 sessions per week (8 x sessions per month) £375 p/m

The pay monthly package has a 3 month minimum sign up and is to be paid via direct debit.


Please note that prices for home based personal training sessions which are further than a 5 mile radius from Didsbury will incur an additional travel charge. To be agreed on enquiry.
