Prenatal personal training

Do you want to exercise during pregnancy and need a helping hand on how to do so safely? Our specialised prepare for birth one-to-one training could be for you!

Each session is tailor made to suit your own fitness level. Our focus during sessions is to maintain strength and fitness, monitor posture and core strength.

A lot of women are unsure of what they can and can’t do when it comes to exercising during pregnancy. I aim to give women total confidence to keep active. We use a variety of free weights, resistance bands & body weight exercises. We also focus on pelvis alignment and keeping the pelvic floor and core strong.

Whether you are new to exercise or are a regular at the gym, training through pregnancy has great benefits such as reduced labour time and quicker postnatal recovery.

We have a strong focus on nutrition throughout pregnancy, covering how to eat healthily for the growth and development of you and your new baby. We also cover the do and don’ts when it comes to certain food groups.

In Studio Personal Training

Single session
£49

Flexible Package
4 x sessions £175
(package to be used within 1 month from date of purchase)

8 x sessions £320 (package to be used within 2 months from date of purchase)

The flexible package has no minimum sign up period.

Pay Monthly Package

1 session per week (4 x sessions per month) £160 p/m

2 sessions per week (8 x sessions per month) £300 p/m

The pay monthly package has a 3 month minimum sign up and is to be paid via standing order.

Where there is more than 4 weeks in any one month a charge will be payable for any additional optional sessions.

 
 

Home Personal Training

Please note that prices for home based personal training sessions which are further than a 5 mile radius from Didsbury will incur an additional travel charge. To be agreed on enquiry.

 

Prenatal trimester package 

If weekly personal training sessions are not for you then our prenatal trimester package with a mixture of PT and home workouts may provide a great alternative.

£60 per month

(To be paid by standing order each month)

What's included?

  • 1 x personal training session per month (every month for the duration of your pregnancy we will review your movement, mobility and discuss, or review any goals you may have)
  • 3 trimester exercise programme for you to use at the gym or in your own home (Updated every month to keep your exercise sessions varied and fun)
  • Full nutritional guidance to support a healthy pregnancy
  • Full core and pelvic floor training
  • Email and phone support
